Cassava Chips

Last January 24, I chanced upon cheese-flavored cassava chips for sale, while walking along the sidewalk near the intersection of EDSA and Panay Avenue in Quezon City, Philippines.

The product costs only 10 pesos per pouch, but the taste is comparable to branded snack chips.

The label reads as follows:

    1. I asked the vendor that time and she said that the preparation method is similar to banana chips. Haven't tried the process at home, though.
