Boy Bawang Chichacorn

KSK Products' Boy Bawang Chichacorn is a brand of chichacorn that the company claims to have a "soft crunch with stronger taste of garlic." A delicacy in the Ilocos Region, chichacorn refers to corn kernels that are deep-fried in vegetable oil until crunchy. Salt and sauteed garlic are then added for flavor. The company says that Boy Bawang Chichacorn is intriguingly delicious. It adds that one can enjoy the weekend watching favorite TV show while munching into a pouch of this snack. I beg to differ since I eat this product at any time and day of the week I choose.

Pritos Ring

Many of us probably know the Pritos Ring, a brand of tsitsirya (junk food) that we used to buy from the neighborhood sari-sari store when we were younger. Pritos Ring is manufactured by Honai Food Corporation in Caloocan City. During the '80s and '90s, the packaging was bright red; it is now fuchsia pink. The font however remained the same. Following are pictures of the 30-gram pouch:

Rebisco Crackers with Whole Wheat is a brand of crackers manufactured by Republic Biscuit Corp. Advertised as "Eat Good, Feel Good!," the product claims to contain fiber. Each 32-gram-package, which contains four "Big Pcs." constitutes one serving.
