Movie Ads: Nandito Ako (1994)

Kris Aquino and Phillip Salvador were paired in the film Nandito Ako [English: Here I Am] which opened in theaters on May 12, 1994. The reel love story eventually became real, and their relationship resulted in a child named Joshua.

This is a newspaper advertisement for the film:

The movie's eponymous theme song was performed by Ogie Alcasid. An interesting article about this song's origins was published in Yahoo! OMG! Philippines.

  1. I remember this film but can't remember if I watched it but yes, this was the start of the real love affair and also the time that Kris preference were father figures or men twice her age.

  5. Well, I can't say much for the film although I've seen it many times on PBO. Except that Kris Aquino's acting is still pretty much the same thing. Still a ham actress, indeed! In my opinion, that is.

    1. Hi Emman,

I recommend visiting Video48 at the Marisan Building, West Avenue corner San Francisco Del Monte Avenue, Quezon City.

Video 48 is my go-to place for acclaimed and hard-to-find movies. It has a great collection of titles from Filipino and world cinema.
